If you wish to speak to someone about an Infringement Notice you received, you must contact the authority who issued the notice.

If the notice was issued by the NHVR, you must make any enquiries with the person who issued the notice.

To make an enquiry in relation to your infringement Notice, please contact us. To submit, click on 'Enquiry', select ‘Compliance and Enforcement Matters’, and follow the prompts to complete the process. Please include in your message the name or number of the Authorised Officer who issued the Infringement Notice (this will be on the notice) and that you wish to speak to that person about the notice. Your message will be forwarded to the authorised officer to contact you.
