Complete an Infringement Notice Declaration
When you received your Infringement Notice you also received details on how to complete a waiver of the Infringement Notice Penalty. A notice of election form, available at www.accesscanberra.act.gov.au/driving-transport-and-parking/traffic-and-parking/traffic-and-parking-fines-infringements, allows you to have the matter heard and determined by a court. Complete the form and return to the address provided on the form.
New South Wales
Complete a Court Election Form
When you receive your Penalty Infringement Notice and you want to have the matter determined in court, you will be required to complete and submit the court election form at www.nsw.gov.au/money-and-taxes/fines-and-fees/fines/apply-to-go-to-court-for-a-fine
