Online reporting is restricted to the following issues:

• Trucks breaching load limit signs on roads, for example, 'No Trucks over 5t'.
• Primary producer plate misuse, for example, an operator performing commercial work with primary producer plates.
• Minor defect sightings, for example, while travelling next to a truck, you observe a bald tyre.
• Trucks off route, for example, a B-double truck is observed on a road that is not part of the B-double network (Note: these trucks may have been granted a permit).
• Past load shedding event, for example, you witnessed waste falling from the back of a truck with an uncovered load. **If this is happening now – call police on ‘000’ (triple zero)**

You can also call us to report these issues if you choose. If you are reporting multiple issues that include those that cannot be reported online, you must call us to report all issues together.
