The draft Crane Code of Practice was open for public consultation from 28 May 2019 to 12 July 2019. Public feedback received is currently being considered by the NHVR Assessment Panel as part of the assessment and registration process.

Transitionally registered industry codes of practice

The six transitionally registered industry codes of practice have ceased to be registered under the Heavy Vehicle National Law. The Heavy Vehicle National Law Interim Guidelines for Industry Codes of Practice expired upon the commencement of Chapter 2 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2018 on 1 October 2018.
